摘　　要：为明确0.3%印楝素乳油对玉米螟的防治效果,采用田间药效试验测定0.3%印楝素乳油750倍液、600倍液和500倍液对玉米螟的防治效果及其对玉米的安全性。结果表明:0.3%印楝素乳油防治玉米螟,药效期14天以上,用药后第3天防效50%左右,用药后第7天防效60%左右,用药后第14天防效达到70%以上,且该药剂500倍液防治效果更好;试验还证实了0.3%印楝素乳油对玉米生产的安全性。生产中可推荐使用0.3%印楝素乳油500倍液防治玉米螟等玉米害虫。In order to determine the control effect of 0.3%azadirachtin emulsion on Pyrausta nubilalis,a field efficacy test was conducted to determine the control effect of 0.3%azadirachtin emulsion on 750,600 and 500 times of Pyrausta nubilalis and its safety on maize.The results showed that the efficacy of 0.3%azadirachtin cream was more than 14 days,the efficacy was about 50%after 3 days,60%after 7 days,and more than 70%after 14 days,and the efficacy was better than 500 times the liquid.The test also confirmed the safety of 0.3%azadirachtin cream on maize production.In production,500 times solution of 0.3%azadirachtin emulsion can be recommended to control maize pests such as Pyrausta nubilalis.
