数字化时代下高校学生职业规划与就业指导的多维审视

摘　　要：2022年2月,我国教育部印发了《2022年教育部工作要点》,明确强调了“推进教育数字化战略行动”的核心目标。数字化技术的普及使得职业发展路径更加多样化,但也带来了信息过载和就业信息不对称的问题。在此背景下,本文基于数字化时代高校学生职业规划与就业指导特征,分析了当前高校学生职业规划与就业指导现状,指出了其中存在的问题,并探讨了数字化时代中高校学生职业规划与就业指导的实施路径。In February 2022,China’s Ministry of Education issued the Work Points of the Ministry of Education in 2022,which clearly emphasized the core goal of“promoting the strategic action of digitization of education”.The popularization of digital technology makes the career development path more diversified,but it also brings the problem of information overload and employment information asymmetry.In this context,based on the characteristics of career planning and employment guidance for college students in the digital age,this article analyzes the current situation of career planning and employment guidance for college students,points out the existing problems,and explores the implementation path of career planning and employment guidance for college students in the digital age.
