摘 要:在航空航天和民用成像领域,提高成像透镜的轮廓测量精度有着重大意义。如自动驾驶大于L3阶段以上,成像透镜系统与驾驶安全直接高度相关,为了提高精度,汽车年检也必须对透镜进行高精度检测,这是国内外研究和系统开发的热点。提出通过投影一系列三角函数图像,采用高精度透镜轮廓测量方法。在轮廓投影过程中,投影图像经常遭到随机的强光干扰照射和遮挡,形成图像局部饱和和暗点,即椒盐噪声图像问题,为此提出一个基于相关分析方法的全新相位解调理论,对椒盐噪声有很好的遏制作用。在斯皮尔曼相关性分析的理论基础上,建立了三维相位轮廓投影测量系统,实验结果表明,该系统和方法有效降低了由椒盐噪声引起的误差达167%,系统性能优越,测量结果稳定可靠。Improving the contour measurement accuracy of imaging lenses is of great significance and importance in the fields of aerospace and civil imaging.If autonomous driving is in L3 stage or above,the imaging lens system is directly and highly related to driving safety.In order to improve accuracy,high-precision testing of the lens must also be carried out during the annual inspection of automobiles,which is a hot research and system development topic at home and abroad.A high-precision lens profile measurement method is proposed by projecting a series of trigonometric function images.In the process of contour projection,the projected image is often subjected to random strong light interference and occlusion,resulting in local saturation and dark spots in the image,which is the problem of salt and pepper noise image.Therefore,a new phase demodulation theory based on correlation analysis method is proposed,which has a good restraining effect on salt and pepper noise.On the basis of Spearman correlation analysis theory,a three-dimensional phase contour projection measurement system is established.the experimental results show that the system and method can effectively reduce the error caused by the salt and pepper noise by 167%,and the system performance is superior,and the measurement results are stable and reliable.
