摘　　要：针对水仙茶的包装过程仍主要依赖手工操作,其方形块茶的人工成型包装存在的效率低、外观一致性差等问题,提出一种解决方形饼茶的自动化成型包装设备,该设备能自动模拟手工折叠棉纸进行连续称重定型压制和折纸包装,集包装棉纸供应、块茶成型、棉纸折叠、块茶回收等工序于一体,并能有效衔接各工序的自动化生产。经生产实践,该设备具有结构紧凑、占地面积小,不仅提高了包装效率、改善了包装环境,还保证了生产质量,具有显著的经济和社会效益。For the current packaging process of a kind of tea,which still relies mainly on manual operation,the manual forming and packaging of square tea blocks has problems such as low efficiency and poor appearance consistency.An automated forming and packaging device for square cake tea is proposed,which can automatically simulate manual folding of cotton paper for continuous weighing,forming,pressing,and folding for packaging.The device integrates the processes of cotton paper supply,tea block forming,cotton paper folding,and tea block recycling,and can effectively link the automation of each process.Through production practice,this device has a compact structure and small footprint,which not only improves packaging efficiency and packaging environment,but also ensures production quality and has significant economic and social benefits.
