摘 要:分布式制造环境中存在信息分散、制造不透明和信任缺失等问题。随着网络技术的发展,分布式3D制造成为一种能充分调用社会资源并满足用户多属性制造需求的一种制造模式,该生产模式通过将生产设备分散化,满足多方分散的生产需求,然而目前分布式3D协同制造方案中仍存在以下问题:分布式设备缺少可靠的管理方案;中心化网络难以保证分布式数据的安全透明使用;缺少完善的节点任务分配计划等问题。因此,提出一种基于区块链的分布式3D协同制造管理系统,通过研究区块链技术,利用其分布式网络、信息透明等特点,结合制造设备实现跨链协同制造;研究多属性拍卖模型,针对分布式制造环境,设计任务分配及定价方案。本系统在实现对分布式3D打印节点安全控制并合理保护其权利的前提下,实现打印任务的高效分配并使各参与方获得合理的利益。There are some problems in distributed manufacturing environment,such as information dispersion,manufacturing opacity and lack of trust.With the development of network technology,distributed 3D manufacturing has become a manufacturing mode that can fully call social resources and meet users’demands for multi-attribute manufacturing.This production mode can meet the demand for multi-party decentralized production by decentralizing production equipment.However,there are still the following problems in distributed 3D collaborative manufacturing schemes.Distributed equipment lacks reliable management schemes.It is difficult for centralized networks to ensure the secure and transparent use of distributed data.Lack of perfect node task assignment plan and other problems.Therefore,a distributed 3D collaborative manufacturing management system based on blockchain is proposed.By studying blockchain technology and utilizing its distributed network,information transparency and other characteristics,combined with manufacturing equipment,cross-chain collaborative manufacturing is realized.Research multi-attribute auction model,design task assignment and pricing scheme for distributed manufacturing environment.Under the premise of realizing the safe control of distributed 3D printing nodes and reasonably protecting their rights,the system realizes the efficient allocation of printing tasks and makes each participant obtain reasonable benefits.
