基于FANUC机器人与PLC控制的智能化打磨抛光工作站的研究

摘  要:卫浴行业中,卫浴产品的表面打磨抛光工艺仍以传统的人工作业为主,为了进一步提高作业环境的自动化水平、改善工人们的作业环境和降低作业环境中大量粉尘对人体健康的危害程度,通过对产品的通用性和目前主流设备的性能优劣等关键因素进行了分析和研究,提出机器人与PLC控制的智能化打磨抛光工作站的设计方案。该方案的控制核心是由FANUC机器人和Allen-Bradley的PLC组成,通过工业以太网网络,采用Ethernet/IP协议搭建开放式通信网络,实现控制系统的数据交互,同时融入了PHM技术,使设备达到柔性生产和智能化打磨抛光的目的。经试验结果表明,该工作站有效降低了作业环境中高达90%的粉尘,减少了粉尘对人体的危害,同时有效代替传统人工打磨抛光工序约80%的工作量,而且其产品加工的效率约是人工的2.5倍,另外该工作站通信系统的成本比同类产品降低了约5%。因此,该智能化打磨抛光工作站对企业的产业转型升级产生了创新引领作用,推动了卫浴行业的发展,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The surface polishing process of bathroom products in the bathroom industry still relies mainly on traditional manual operations.To further improve the automation level of the working environment and the working environment of workers,and reduce the harm of a large amount of dust to human health in the working environment,the key factors such as the universality of the product and the performance of current mainstream equipment are analyzed and studied,a design scheme for an intelligent polishing workstation controlled by robots and PLC is proposed.The control core of this scheme is composed of FANUC robots and Allen Bradley PLCs.Through industrial Ethernet network,an open communication network is built using Ethernet/IP protocol to achieve data exchange in the control system.At the same time,PHM technology is integrated to enable the equipment to achieve flexible production and intelligent polishing.The experimental results show that this workstation effectively reduces up to 90%of dust in the working environment,reduces the harm of dust to human health,and effectively replaces about 80%of the workload of traditional manual polishing processes.Moreover,its product processing efficiency is about 2.5 times that of manual labor.In addition,the cost of the communication system of this workstation is reduced by about 5%compared to similar products.Therefore,the intelligent polishing workstation plays an innovative and leading role in the industrial transformation and upgrading of enterprises,promoting the development of the bathroom industry,and has good economic and social benefits.
