摘 要:目前钣料人工去毛刺的方法存在加工效率慢、打磨质量不稳定的缺点,为了解决这个问题,设计了一款自动去毛刺机。该机器依据辊筒输送机的结构进行机械设计,并借助机械传动等基础知识,通过SolidWorks编程软件进行设计。首先,阐述了该设备的设计原理及技术特点;其次,对该设备的机械结构组成进行了介绍;然后建立了PLC控制系统及介绍关键电器元件的作用;最后,在SolidWorks软件上进行测试设备的实际性能,结果表明,自动去毛刺机能够有效地去除钣料上的毛刺,并实现自动化加工的要求。与传统手工去毛刺工艺相比,该设备具有加工效率高、去除毛刺质量稳定等特点,且可以节省劳动力,为企业降低用工成本。Currently,the manual deburring method for sheet metal has the disadvantages of slow processing efficiency and unstable polishing quality.In order to solve this problem,an automatic deburring machine is designed.The machine is designed mechanically based on the structure of the roller conveyor,and with the help of basic knowledge such as mechanical transmission,it is designed using SolidWorks programming software.Firstly,the design principles and technical characteristics of the device are established.Secondly,the mechanical structure composition of the device is introduced.Then,a PLC control system is established and the roles of key electrical components are introduced.Finally,by testing the actual performance of the equipment on SolidWorks software,it is shown that the automatic deburring machine can effectively remove burrs on sheet metal and meet the requirements of automated processing.Compared with traditional manual deburring techniques,this equipment has the characteristics of high processing efficiency,stable deburring quality,and can save labor,reducing labor costs for enterprises.
