摘  要:随着柔性电路板(FPC,Flexible Printed Circuit)的应用越来越广泛,对FPC的制造精度及速度要求越来越高,传统的自动化设备或者人工作业在生产柔性电路板(FPC,Flexible Printed Circuit)时存在精度低、速度慢、效率低、动作不连贯等问题,无法满足生产要求,亟需完善的机器视觉检测与定位技术的支持。为提高FPC的制造精度及速度,针对FPC产品制造工艺流程,研发了一套应用于FPC自动化生产的机器视觉定位系统,并与自动化运动控制算法相结合。该系统为FPC制程中有高精度定位需求的工业自动化过程提供了机器视觉算法支持,能够实现高速度高精度的机器视觉定位。该系统具有高效性、快速性、精确性和可靠性高的优点,且不直接接触FPC工件,具备非接触性和灵活性的优点。最后的实际生产数据验证表明,所提FPC视觉定位系统的视觉定位精度不大于2μm,可满足FPC的实际自动化生产制程工艺的需求。With the increasing application of FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit),the manufacturing accuracy and speed requirements for FPC are becoming higher.Traditional automation equipment or manual operations may have problems such as low accuracy,slow speed,low efficiency,and inconsistent movements,which cannot meet production requirements.Therefore,a complete set of machine vision detection and positioning technology support is needed in the production process.This article focuses on the manufacturing process of FPC products and develops a machine vision positioning system applied to FPC automated production,which is combined with automated motion control algorithms.This system provides machine vision algorithm support for industrial automation processes with high-precision positioning requirements in FPC processes,enabling high-speed and high-precision machine vision positioning.This system has the advantages of high efficiency,speed,accuracy,and reliability,and does not directly contact FPC workpieces,with the advantages of non-contact and flexibility.Finally,actual production data verification shows that the proposed FPC visual positioning system can achieve a visual positioning accuracy of not more than 2µm,which can meet the requirements of the actual automated production process of FPC.
