摘  要:相控阵是一种基于超声波的无损检测技术,能够高效地实现天然气管道的腐蚀、裂纹等缺陷的检测。针对相控阵检测技术的原理,对超声检测流程、阵元功能和信号处理方式等进行了分析与研究。建立声场仿真模型,在阵元的环形布置条件下,计算声压随偏角的变化规律。根据天然气管道自身的结构和物理特性,设计相控阵的检测方案和流程。结果表明,数据丢失量未超过整个扫查的5%,数据图像中耦合不良未超过整个扫查的5%,单个耦合不良长度未超过2 mm。该无损检测方案可靠性高,能够实现较高的检测效率。依靠补偿后的反馈信号即可获得有效的阵元输出数据,基于后处理模块在前端进行显示。Phased array is a non destructive testing technology based on ultrasound,which can efficiently detect defects such as corrosion and cracks in natural gas pipelines.An analysis and research are conducted on the principles of phased array detection technology,including the ultrasonic detection process,array element functions,and signal processing methods.A sound field simulation model is established and the variation of sound pressure with deflection angle is calculated under the condition of circular arrangement of array elements.A phased array detection scheme and process is designed based on the structure and physical characteristics of natural gas pipelines themselves.The results indicate that the amount of data loss does not exceed 5%of the whole scanning,the coupling failure in the data image does not exceed 5%of the whole scanning,and the length of a single coupling failure does not exceed 2 mm.The non-destructive testing scheme has high reliability and can achieve high detection efficiency.By relying on the compensated feedback signal,effective array element output data can be obtained,which is displayed in the front-end based on the post-processing module.
