摘  要:考虑到大跨度双层柱面网壳结构在拆除时容易产生结构稳定性问题,因此须重视拆除工艺的安全性和科学性。以某火力发电厂干煤棚拆除过程为例,在干煤棚网架拆除前,通过建立分析模型,采用有限元软件模拟网架拆除过程,获取网架各阶段应力和位移数据。当越来越多的网架单元被拆除,网架纵向刚度越来越弱,应力比和位移呈现增加趋势,最后一个网架单元在拆除前处于不安全状态,结构自身安全问题凸显出来。依据计算结果,对具有失稳风险的拆除单元提前采取了临时加固措施。监测结果表明,整个拆除过程安全可控,拆除工程顺利完成。同时结合杆件应力和网架最大位移点分布分析指出,网架拆除过程中采用吊机将后续拆除区块进行了吊挂,网架结构控制性应力比和位移与拆除区域非强相关。Considering the large-span dry coal shed of double-layer cylindrical mesh shell structures are prone to structural stability issues during demolition,it is necessary to pay attention to the safety and scientificity of the demolition process.Taking the dismantling process of a dry coal shed in a thermal power plant as an example,before the dismantling of the grid structure of the dry coal shed,an analysis model is established,and finite element software is used to simulate the dismantling process of the grid structure,obtaining stress and displacement data at each stage of the grid structure.As more and more grid units are removed,the longitudinal stiffness of the grid becomes weaker,and the stress ratio and displacement show an increasing trend.The last grid unit is in an unsafe state before removal,highlighting the safety issues of the structure itself.Based on the calculation results,temporary reinforcement measures are taken in advance for the demolished units with instability risks.The monitoring results indicate that the entire demolition process is safe and controllable,and the demolition project has been successfully completed.At the same time,combining the stress of the members and the distribution of the maximum displacement points of the grid,it is pointed out that during the dismantling process of the grid,a crane is used to hang the subsequent dismantled blocks.The control stress ratio and displacement of the grid structure are not strongly related to the dismantling area.
