摘 要:随着智能驾驶技术的飞速发展,新能源汽车对智能座舱配置的需求持续增长,电调管柱将满足消费者对个性化、智能化驾驶体验的渴望。电调管柱的溃缩机构是在防止驾驶员受伤的关键部件,其溃缩吸能力及强度问题一直是管柱设计阶段最为重要的问题之一,文章针对电调管柱在初始设计阶段的静态溃缩力性能及动态溃缩实验中的潜在强度问题进行分析。利用ABAQUS软件进行有限元仿真,并进行相关实验进行验证,对后续电调管柱的溃缩力性能及强度分析有一定的指导意义。With the rapid development of intelligent driving technology,the demand for intelligent cockpit configuration of new energy vehicles continues to grow,and the electric tuner column will meet consumers'desire for personalized and intelligent driving experience.The collapse mechanism of electrically regulated pipe string is a key component in preventing driver injury,and its collapse absorption capacity and strength have always been one of the most important problems in the development stage of pipe string.This paper analyzes the collapse force performance of electrically regulated column in the design stage of static collapse and the potential strength problems in the dynamic collapse experiment.The finite element simulation with ABAQUS software is carried out,and the relevant experiments are carried out to verify it,which has certain guiding significance for the subsequent collapse force performance and strength analysis of the electric regulating pipe string.
