摘 要:随着汽车智能化和电动化的发展,Micro-LED凭借其高亮度、快速响应、宽色域等优异性能,在先进车灯系统和车载显示屏等方面领域呈现广阔的创新应用前景,能够提升安全性、增强驾乘体验。虽然Micro-LED在芯片制造、封装、驱动电路等关键环节的核心技术已经取得显著进展,但其在汽车应用中仍亟待解决成本高昂、可靠性不稳定等问题。在未来智能座舱和自动驾驶等领域,Micro-LED技术将成为推动汽车交互智能化的重要支撑技术之一。With the development of automotive intelligence and electrification,Micro-LED technology,with its superior performance such as high brightness,fast response,and wide color gamut,shows vast potential for innovative applications in advanced lighting systems and in-vehicle displays.These applications can enhance safety and improve the driving experience.Although significant progress has been made in core technologies such as chip manufacturing,packaging,and driving circuits,challenges such as high costs and reliability issues still need to be addressed for automotive applications.In future intelligent cockpits and autonomous driving,Micro-LED technology is expected to become a crucial support technology for advancing automotive interactive intelligence.
