基于《道交法》下的两轮车篡改风险研究

摘　　要：电动两轮车作为广泛使用的短途交通使用工具,随着产、销、使用量的不断增多,与之相关的交通事故也呈现出多发态势,而对电动两轮车的篡改是造成交通事故发生的根本原因之一。从可归属为非机动车属性的电动两轮车条件进行阐述,对当前电动两轮车篡改问题进行分类,分析电动两轮车篡改后的骑行安全及车辆属性改变的风险,从选购及使用电动两轮车过程中为消费者提出建议。As a widely used tool for short distance transportation,the electric-two-wheeled vehicles is also prone to traffic accidents with the increasing production,sales and usage.The tampering with the electric two wheeled vehicles is one of the fundamental causes of traffic accidents.This paper expounds the conditions of electric two wheeled vehicles that can be attributed to non-motor vehicles,classifies the current problem of electric two wheeled vehicles tampering,analyzes the riding safety and the risk of vehicle attribute change after electric two wheeled vehicles tampering,and puts forward suggestions for consumers in the process of purchasing and using electric two wheeled vehicles.
