摘 要:汽车疲劳耐久试验主要分为客户实际行驶的道路试验、试验场强化路试验和室内台架道路模拟试验。室内台架道路模拟试验由于不受外界因素影响、试验重复性好、精度高、试验周期短和成本低,已经成为汽车开发验证的重要手段之一。在室内台架道路模拟试验中,最关键的技术是道路载荷谱的模拟,文章主要介绍汽车道路载荷的获取和编辑,TWR迭代技术和迭代结果的分析。试验结果表明,四立柱轮胎耦合道路模拟试验台架可以很好地模拟道路载荷,从而实现整车及零部件的快速疲劳试验。The fatigue durability test of automobiles includes driving tests on customers actually road,rough road tests on the proving ground,and indoor rough road simulation tests.Indoor rough road simulation testing has become one of the important measures of automotive development and verification due to its not aff ected by external factors,good repeatability,high accuracy,short testing time,and low cost.The most critical technology is the simulation of road load spectra in indoor rough road simulation test,this article mainly introduces the acquisition and editing of automotive road loads,TWR iteration technology,and analysis of iteration results.The test results indicate that the 4-poster tire coupled road simulation test bench can eff ectively simulate road loads,thereby achieving rapid fatigue testing of the entire vehicle and its components.
