开展全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛(临床医学专业五年制赛道)的实践和启示

摘　　要：自2010年开始,以“尚医德,兴医术,奉学道,展风采”为主题开展的全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛,树立了临床技能培养在医学教育和人才培养工作中的核心地位,完善了临床技能训练体系,推动临床实践教学模式的改革,提高了医学生的综合素质,提升了教师队伍的教学水平,对推进与深化医学教育改革产生了积极而深远的影响~([1])。我院多次承办并参与了安徽医科大学临床医学专业五年制赛道竞赛,该竞赛也是学校国家级一流专业建设规划子项目。本文将对此进行总结分析,旨在形成临床技能竞赛培训、承办等方面的思考与建议,提升实践教学,促进人才培养。Since 2010,the National Clinical Skills Competition for College Students,themed"Emphasizing Medical Ethics,Enhancing Medical Skills,Embracing Learning,and Showcasing Excellence,"has established the core position of clinical skills training in medical education and talent cultivation.The continuous organization of the competition has improved the training system for clinical skills,promoted the reform of clinical practice teaching models,enhanced the overall quality of medical students,and elevated the teaching level of faculty members.It has had a positive and far-reaching impact on promoting and deepening the reform of medical education[1].Our institution has hosted and participated in the Anhui Medical University's five-year clinical medicine track competition,which is a sub-project of the national first-class professional construction plan of the university.This article aims to summarize and analyze the clinical skills competition training,hosting,and other aspects,provide reflections and suggestions,and enhance practical teaching to promote talent cultivation.
