农村老龄化群体法律援助公共化保障的路径研究

摘　　要：在积极应对人口老龄化问题上升为国家战略的时代背景下,乡村振兴战略强调基本公共服务均等化,农村法律援助从无到有,从有到优。基于农村老年群体法律援助需求增长的现状,着眼于当前农村老年人法律援助专项法规政策滞后、法律服务供需分离、工作机制单一和基层法律援助责任主体缺位等困境,通过健全相关法规政策、创建高效精准服务、完善当前法律援助工作机制和基层法律援助治理转型等路径实现农村老龄化群体法律援助公共化保障,聚焦老年人切实需求,更好地服务农村老年群体,提高老年群体的公共服务水平。In the era of actively coping with the aging of the population as a national strategy,the rural revitalization strategy emphasizes the equalization of basic public services,and rural legal aid from scratch to exist,from there to excellent.Legal aid for the elderly in rural areas is faced with a lack of funding support,weak awareness of legal rights protection for the elderly and diversified needs for legal services.Focusing on the current situation of the growing demand for legal aid among the elderly population in rural areas,by improving relevant regulations and policies,creating efficient and accurate services,improving the current legal aid working mechanism and the governance transformation of grassroots legal aid,we can realize the public protection of legal aid for rural aging groups,focus on the practical needs of the elderly,better serve the rural elderly group,and improve the level of public services for the elderly group.
