摘　　要：随着农村人口老龄化的持续加深,发展农村居家养老服务的重要性日益突出。当前,农村养老压力不断增大,养老服务面临严峻挑战。居家养老成为多数农村老人的首要选择,然而该模式在运行中存在诸多现实困境。为此,本文先深入解析农村居家养老面临的困境,接着剖析问题成因,最后结合农村实际,探索通过推进养老文化创新、拓展投资途径、加强人才队伍建设、深化供给侧结构性改革等方式,促进农村养老服务高质量发展。With the continuous deepening of the aging of the rural population,the importance of developing rural home-based elderly care services has become increasingly prominent.At present,the pressure on rural pension is increasing,and pension services are facing severe challenges.Home care has become the primary choice for most rural elderly,but there are many practical difficulties in the operation of this model.To this end,this paper first analyzes the dilemma faced by rural homebased elderly care,then analyzes the causes of the problem,and finally explores ways to promote the high-quality development of rural elderly care services by promoting the innovation of elderly care culture,expanding investment channels,strengthening the construction of talent teams,and deepening supply-side structural reforms.
