农村老年人精神贫困的生成机制及缓解路径研究

摘　　要：在推动实现共同富裕的进程中,农村老年人精神贫困的治理是一个系统工程,需要多维视角下的综合施策。本文首先探讨农村老年人精神贫困的内涵与特点,其次分析农村老年人精神贫困的表现,包括社会交往空间受限制、不良情绪和心理状态、消极迷茫的价值取向、单调低质的休闲娱乐等。随后从社会结构、社会人口政策、社会保障、社会文化环境等方面探讨了农村老年人精神贫困的生成机制。最后提出缓解农村老年人精神贫困的实践路径,即从强化精神追求、参与精神创造、共享精神财富三个层面来促进农村老年人精神生活的高质量发展,实现共同富裕。In the process of promoting the realization of common wealth,the governance of mental poverty among rural elderly is a systematic project,which requires comprehensive measures under a multidimensional perspective.This paper firstly discusses the connotation and characteristics of rural elderly spiritual poverty,and secondly analyzes the manifestations of rural elderly spiritual poverty,including restricted space for social interaction,adverse emotional and psychological state,negative and confused value orientation,and monotonous and low-quality leisure and entertainment.Subsequently,the generation mechanism of rural elderly’s spiritual poverty is discussed from the aspects of social structure,social and demographic policy,social security,and social and cultural environment.Finally,it proposes a practical path to alleviate the spiritual poverty of the rural elderly,i.e.,to promote the high-quality development of the spiritual life of the rural elderly from the three dimensions of strengthening the spiritual pursuit,participating in spiritual creation,and sharing the spiritual wealth,so as to realize the common prosperity.
