人口老龄化视角下新型社区养老路径探究——以南平市m社区为例

摘　　要：当前,随着我国农村经济和社会的发展,农村社会传统的养老模式受到冲击,农村养老服务需求增加与供给短缺的矛盾日益突出,而政府无力完全承担广大农村老人的养老负担,商业化养老又存在成本过高的问题。基于对南平市m社区养老模式的研究,发现由于农村老人经济状况普遍不佳、集中养老观念滞后以及社区服务主体存在欠缺,服务人员素质水平较低等问题,并不能达到建立社区集中养老的理想效果。通过对m社区老年人集中养老实际情况的调研与探索,提供农村社区集中养老新模式的建议和实践推广策略,对于满足农村老年人养老需求具有重要推动作用。At present,with the development of China’s rural economy and society,the traditional model of rural society’s old-age care has been impacted,and the contradiction between the increase in demand for rural old-age care services and the shortage of supply has become increasingly prominent,while the government is unable to fully bear the burden of the majority of rural elderly people’s old-age care,and commercialized old-age care has the problem of excessively high costs.Based on the study of Nanping m-community elderly care model,it is found that due to the generally poor economic situation of the rural elderly,the lagging concept of centralized elderly care,as well as the existence of a lack of community service main body and the low level of quality of the service personnel and other problems,it is not possible to achieve the desired effect of establishing centralized elderly care in the community.By researching and exploring the actual situation of centralized old-age care for the elderly in m-communities,we provide suggestions for a new model of centralized old-age care in rural communities and strategies for its practical promotion,which will play an important role in promoting the fulfillment of old-age care needs of the elderly in rural areas.
