摘　　要：目的:分析处方专项点评在精神病患者用药中的应用效果及对合理用药的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月江苏省如东县第四人民医院收治的1500例精神病患者作为研究对象。依据随机排列表法分为对照组(n=750,处方专项点评前)与实验组(n=750,处方专项点评后),比较两组合理用药、处方书写不规范情况及患者满意度。结果:实验组合理用药情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组处方书写不规范情况的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:处方专项点评可以有效提高精神病患者的用药合理性,减少各种处方问题,提高患者的满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the application effect of special prescription comment in the medication of psychiatric patients and its influence on rational drug use.Methods:A total of 1500 psychiatric patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Rudong County,Jiangsu Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random arrangement table method,they were divided into control group(n=750,before special prescription comment)and experimental group(n=750,after special prescription comment).The rational use of drugs,non-standard prescription writing and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The rational drug use in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of non-standard prescription writing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special prescription comment can effectively improve the rationality of drug use in psychiatric patients,reduce various prescription problems,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
