摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼硬膜外联合麻醉在分娩镇痛中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月本院收治的86例产妇,按随机数字表法分为联合组(n=43)和单一组(n=43)。单一组采用盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉,联合组采用盐酸罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼硬膜外联合麻醉。比较两组镇痛效果(镇痛起效时间、镇痛持续时间、完全阻滞时间)、产程时间和一氧化氮(NO)、皮质醇水平。结果:联合组镇痛起效时间、完全阻滞时间、第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间短于单一组,镇痛持续时间长于单一组(P<0.05);镇痛1h后、新生儿娩出后,联合组NO水平高于单一组,皮质醇水平低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇采用盐酸罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼硬膜外联合麻醉的镇痛效果良好,可缩短产程,改善NO、皮质醇水平。Objective:To analyze the application value of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia.Methods:A total of 86 parturients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into combined group(n=43)and single group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The single group was anesthetized with ropivacaine hydrochloride,and the combined group was anesthetized with ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil.The analgesic effect(onset time of analgesia,duration of analgesia,complete block time),duration of labor,nitric oxide(NO)and cortisol levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The onset time of analgesia,complete block time,first stage of labor,second stage of labor and third stage of labor in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group,and the duration of analgesia was longer than that in the single group(P<0.05).After 1 h of analgesia and after delivery of the newborn,the NO level in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,and the cortisol level was lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia is good,which can shorten the labor process and improve the levels of NO and cortisol.
