摘　　要：目的:探讨三位一体延伸管理在提升高血压脑出血(HICH)出院后服用吲达帕胺+氨氯地平控制血压患者用药依从性中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2024年1月本院收治90例HICH患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以三位一体延伸管理。比较两组血压水平[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)]、用药依从性(Morisky-Green测评量表)、生活质量(SF-36评分表)、遵医嘱情况及护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,观察组DBP、SBP低于对照组,用药依从性、SF-36评分、总遵医嘱率、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对HICH出院后服用吲达帕胺+氨氯地平患者采取三位一体延伸管理能有效控制血压,提高用药依从性和患者满意度,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the application value of trinity extended management in improving the medication compliance of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH)taking indapamide+amlodipine to control blood pressure after discharge.Methods:A total of 90 patients with HICH admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given trinity extended management on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure levels[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],medication compliance(Morisky-Green assessment scale),quality of life(SF-36 scale),compliance with doctor's advice and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the medication compliance,SF-36 score,total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trinity extension management for patients taking dapamine+amlodipine after discharge can effectively control blood pressure,improve medication compliance and patient satisfaction,and improve patient quality of life.
