摘　　要：目的:探讨六西格玛管理在心内科痰标本采集与送检流程优化中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年6月实施六西格玛管理法的40例住院患者为观察组,2022年7月—2022年12月未实施六西格玛管理法的40例患者为对照组。比较两组留取痰标本合格率、满意度,分析对照组留取痰标本不合格的原因。结果:观察组留取痰标本合格率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组中有9例患者留取痰标本不合格,主要拒收原因为掺杂唾液或食物残渣;观察组医护人员满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六西格玛管理可提升心内科痰标本采集与送检的合格率,减少留取痰标本的拒收率,提高医护人员满意率。Objective:To explore the application effect of six sigma management in the optimization of sputum specimen collection and submission process in cardiology department.Methods:From January 2023 to June 2023,40 inpatients collected by the six sigma management method were selected as the observation group,and from July 2022 to December 2022,40 patients who did not implement the six sigma management method were selected as the control group.The qualified rate and satisfaction of sputum specimens were compared between the two groups,and the reasons for unqualified sputum specimens in the control group were analyzed.Results:The qualified rate of sputum specimens in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,9 patients were unqualified for sputum specimens,and the main reason for rejection was mixed saliva or food residue.The satisfaction rate of medical staf in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Six sigma management can improve the qualified rate of sputum specimen collection and submission in cardiology department,reduce the rejection rate of sputum specimen retention,and improve the satisfaction rate of medical staff.
