摘　　要：目的:探讨西咪替丁注射液联合肝素钠治疗过敏性紫癜的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的82例过敏性紫癜患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=41)和研究组(n=41)。对照组接受常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用西咪替丁注射液和肝素钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间、肾损害发生率、胱抑素C(Cystatin C,Cys-C)水平、尿红细胞计数的水平、24 h尿蛋白定量水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05);研究组水肿、消化道症状、关节症状、皮疹以及腹部压痛消退时间短于对照组,肾损害发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Cys-C、尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西咪替丁注射液联合肝素钠治疗过敏性紫癜患者的临床治疗效果良好,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善肾功能,降低肾损害发生率,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of cimetidine injection combined with heparin sodium in the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods:Eighty-two patients with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects,and the patients were divided into a control group(n=41)and a study group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the study group was treated with cimetidine injection and heparin sodium in addition to the conventional treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom resolution time,incidence of renal damage,cystatin C(Cys-C)level,urine red blood cell count level,and 24-h urine protein quantification level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of edema,gastrointestinal symptoms,joint symptoms,rash and abdominal pressure pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of renal damage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Cys-C,urine red blood cell count and 24-h urine protein quantification in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of cimetidine injection combined with heparin sodium in the treatment of patients with allergic purpura is good,which can effectively relieve patients'clinical symptoms,improve renal function and reduce the incidence of renal damage,and is worthy of clinical application.
