颈舒汤加减联合推拿康复治疗混合型颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈舒汤加减联合推拿康复治疗混合型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将2022年10月—2023年5月在天津市西青区门湖街社区卫生服务中心就诊的混合型颈椎病患者126例,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,各63例。对照组行常规颈椎牵引治疗,研究组在常规颈椎牵引治疗基础上采取颈舒汤加减内服、推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效、颈椎活动度、颈椎功能评分、症状评分、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组颈椎活动度、颈椎功能评分、生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,颈肩疼痛、上肢放射痛、手指麻木症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在混合型颈椎病患者治疗时,将颈舒汤加减内服治疗与推拿联合应用可增强临床疗效,不仅可促使症状缓解,还可对患者颈椎功能、颈椎活动度起到更好的改善作用,有利于提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified Jingshu decoction combined with massage rehabilitation in the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis.Methods:From October 2022 to May 2023,126 patients with mixed cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine cervical traction,while the research group was treated with modifed Jingshu decoction and massage on the basis of routine cervical traction.The clinical efficacy,cervical mobility,cervical function score,symptom score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cervical mobility,cervical function and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of neck and shoulder pain,upper limb radiation pain and finger numbness were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with mixed cervical spondylosis,the combined application of modified Jingshu decoction and massage can enhance the clinical efficacy,not only promote the relief of symptoms,but also improve the cervical function and cervical mobility of patients,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
