脾胃康颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾胃康颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月广东省第二中医院治疗的轮状病毒肠炎患儿100例,依据单双号法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用西医对症及布拉酵母菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加予脾胃康颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、炎症指标、心酶、病毒转阴率及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大便频繁、大便溏稀、神疲体倦、渴不欲饮、食后腹胀中医证候评分及血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、CKMB水平低于对照组,干扰素-γ水平、RV转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脾胃康颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效好,不仅能迅速缓解中医症候,还能促进肠道功能的恢复,改善炎症状态,降低心肌损害风险,安全性好,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Piweikang Granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A total of 100 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the single and double number method,with 50 children in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and Saccharomyces boulardii,and the observation group was treated with Piweikang Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory index,cardiac enzyme,virus negative conversion rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes of frequent stools,loose stools,fatigue,thirst,abdominal distension after eating,and the levels of serum interleukin-6,interleukin-1βand CKMB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of interferon-γand RV negative conversion rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Piweikang Granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.It can not only quickly relieve TCM symptoms,but also promote the recovery of intestinal function,improve the inflammatory state and reduce the risk of myocardial damage.It is safe and worthy of promotion.
