摘　　要：目的:探究疲劳综合征患者药物治疗期间应用耳穴贴压的效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年4月于本院接受三仁汤治疗的80例疲劳综合征患者,依据随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和参照组(40例)。参照组应用常规护理,研究组应用耳穴贴压。比较两组疲劳症状[疲劳症状量表(FS-14)]、中医症状积分、身心健康情况[躯体和心理健康报告(SPHERE)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、满意度。结果:护理后,研究组FS-14中精神疲劳、躯体疲劳维度评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组主症积分、次症积分评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组SPHERE评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压有助于缓解疲劳综合征患者疲劳症状,消除焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善身心状态,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point sticking nursing during drug treatment of fatigue syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with fatigue syndrome who received Sanren decoction treatment in our hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the study group(40 patients)and the reference group(40 patients)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with conventional nursing,and the study group was treated with auricular acupressure nursing.Fatigue symptoms[Fatigue Symptom Scale(FS-14)],TCM symptom scores,physical and mental health[Physical and Mental Health Report(SPHERE)],psychological state[Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS),Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of mental fatigue and physical fatigue in FS-14 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of primary symptom and secondary symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the SPHERE score,SAS score and SDS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking nursing is helpful to relieve the fatigue symptoms of patients with fatigue syndrome,eliminate anxiety and depression,improve physical and mental state,and improve satisfaction.
