抗感颗粒联合开喉剑喷喉治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察抗感颗粒联合开喉剑喷喉治疗疱疹性咽峡炎(HA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月在本院接受治疗的120例HA患儿,随机分为两组,各60例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予抗感颗粒联合开喉剑喷喉治疗,比较两组炎性指标水平、临床疗效、症状消退时间、病程时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比例(N%)和淋巴细胞比例(L%)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组发热消退时间、疱疹、溃疡、流涎和咽痛好转时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组总病程时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗感颗粒联合开喉剑喷喉治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切,安全可靠,可缓解炎症反应,缩短病程,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Kanggan granule combined with Kaihoujian spray in children with herpes angina(HA).Methods:A total of 120 children with HA who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 children in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given Kanggan granule combined with Kaihoujian throat spray.The levels of inflammatory indexes,clinical eficacy,symptom regression time,course of disease and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio(N%)and lymphocyte ratio(L%)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The fever subsidence time,herpes,ulcer,salivation and sore throat improvement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total course of disease in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kanggan granule combined with Kaihoujian spray throat in the treatment of herpetic angina is effective,safe and reliable,can alleviate the inflammatory reaction,shorten the course of disease,and has clinical application value.
