摘　　要：目的:研究S-O-R模式下健康宣教对中晚期胃癌化疗患者用药依从性及癌因性疲乏状态的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年12月本院收治的90例中晚期胃癌化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各45例。研究组予以S-O-R模式的健康宣教护理,对照组予以常规胃癌化疗护理,比较两组用药依从性、癌症疲乏评分及生活质量评分。结果:干预后,研究组用药依从性总优良率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组RPFS评分(认知、情绪、行为、躯体维度)均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组QLQ-C30评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:S-O-R模式下的健康宣教干预中晚期胃癌化疗患者后,患者用药依从性提高,且癌因性疲乏状态改善。Objective:To study the effect of health education under S-O-R mode on medication compliance and cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The study group was given health education nursing of S-O-R mode,and the control group was given routine gastric cancer chemotherapy nursing.The medication compliance,cancer fatigue score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The RPFS scores(cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and physical dimensions)of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the intervention of health education under the S-O-R mode in patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,the patient's medication compliance is improved,and the cancer-related fatigue status is improved.
