异质性视角下制造业服务化驱动高质量发展研究

摘　　要：在服务业增值占国内生产总值比重不断上升的背景下,服务业逐渐成为经济增长的核心动力,服务业与制造业的融合为经济高质量发展注入了新的活力。本文通过从产业关联溢出、技术创新、成本节约和资源再配置四个角度阐述了制造业服务化驱动经济高质量发展的理论机制。为检验理论,本研究建立了高质量发展的综合评价指标体系,并进行了实证分析。结果表明,制造业服务化在促进经济高质量发展方面效果显著。然而,异质性检验揭示了在东部地区和经济不发达地区,其影响更为显著,且主要对资本密集型制造业的高质量发展具有显著推动作用。因此,本文建议政府相关部门促进制造业与服务业之间的深度整合,并制定具有地域特色的制造业服务化发展策略。同时,应解除制造业服务化转型的政策机制限制,并通过技术创新提升制造业的高质量发展水平。本文的研究不仅丰富了关于制造业服务化与经济高质量发展关系的理论,同时也为政策制定者提供了有价值的参考。In the context of the service industry’s growing contribution to GDP,it has emerged as a primary driver of economic growth.The merging of service and manufacturing industries has revitalized high-quality economic development.This paper expounds the theoretical mechanism of manufac-turing service-oriented driving high-quality economic development from four perspectives:indus-trial spillover,technological innovation,cost saving and resource reallocation.In order to test the theory,this study establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of high quality develop-ment,and carries on the empirical analysis.The results indicate that manufacturing servitization significantly fosters high-quality economic development.However,the heterogeneity analysis re-veals that its impact is most pronounced in the eastern region and economically underdeveloped areas.Notably,it demonstrates a substantial promoting effect on the high-quality development of capital-intensive manufacturing industries.As a result,government authorities should encourage the comprehensive integration of manufacturing and service sectors;tailored strategies for manu-facturing service-oriented development should be devised based on regional differences,breaking policy constraints and boosting the manufacturing sector’s growth to a high standard via technolog-ical advancements.The research in this paper not only enriches the theory of the relationship be-tween manufacturing servitization and high-quality economic development,but also provides a val-uable reference for policy makers.
