锌-空气电池技术专利保护存在的问题及其对策

摘  要:锌–空气电池技术已然成为各个国家相互竞争的产业技术,新能源的政策支持使得锌–空气电池技术一度成为热点的话题。此项能源技术具有电容量大,在使用过程中电流稳定且持续放电的特性,目前,国内外对于锌–空气电池技术的研究开始转向大功率的动力储备电池。文章从专利角度出发,通过对锌–空气电池技术在国内外专利保护方面的研究,采用incoPat数据库的专利检索方法,对锌–空气电池技术在全球领域申请专利进行分析,了解到锌–空气电池技术的发展态势,发现了锌–空气电池技术在专利申请的过程中存在着申请门槛低,质量参差不齐、专利失效数量多、大部分为外国企业申请此项技术、高校与企业的申请差距大、申请类型不均衡等问题。对此文章提出建议:提高专利申请门槛,鼓励申请高质量技术;加强专利保护意识,及时缴纳专利年费;设立企业申请专利的激励机制;加强高校与企业的合作,以便更好地推动新能源高质量发展。Zinc-air battery technology has become a competitive industrial technology in various countries,and the policy support of new energy makes zinc-air battery technology once become a hot topic.This energy technology has the characteristics of large capacitance,stable current and continuous discharge during use.At present,domestic and foreign research on zinc-air battery technology has begun to turn to high-power power reserve batteries.From the perspective of patent,this paper studies the patent protection of zinc-air battery technology at home and abroad,adopts the patent retrieval method of the incoPat database,analyzes the patent applications of zinc-air battery tech-nology in the global field,and learns the development trend of zinc-air battery technology.It was discovered that there are several issues during the patent application process for zinc-air battery technology,including low application thresholds,inconsistent quality,a high number of patent ex-pirations,the majority of applications coming from foreign companies,a significant gap between universities and enterprises in applications,and an imbalance in application types.This article pro-poses the following suggestions:raise the standards for patent applications to encourage the sub-mission of high-quality technologies;enhance awareness of patent protection and ensure timely payment of annual patent fees;establish incentive mechanisms for companies to apply for patents;and strengthen cooperation between universities and enterprises to better promote the high-qual-ity development of renewable energy.
