国家翻译实践视域下的政府门户网站外宣意译策略研究——以北京市人民政府网为例  

A Study on the Translation Strategy of Government Portal from the Perspective of National Translation Practice——Taking People's Government of Beijing Municipality as an Example

摘　　要：近年来,随着中国在世界舞台上的日益崛起,我国各级地方政府都在各自的门户网站上开设了外语界面以适应不断增长的对外宣传和交流需要。2023年9月,北京市人民政府决定于其门户网站开设意大利语界面。该界面的翻译文本涵盖外国人在华生活衣食住行等各个方面,且包含诸多具有中国特色的词句。本研究以北京市人民政府网站意大利语界面的翻译文本作为语料,以国家翻译实践作为切入角度,从词汇和语句两个层面选取实例深入分析。In recent years,with China's increasing rise on the world stage,local governments at all levels have opened foreign language inter⁃faces on their respective portal websites to meet the growing needs of external publicity and communication.In September 2023,the Beijing Municipal People's Government decided to establish an Italian language interface on its portal website.The translated text of this interface covers all aspects of foreigners'life in China,including food,clothing,housing and transportation,and contains many words and sentences with Chinese characteristics.This study uses the translated text of the Italian interface of the Beijing Municipal People's Government web⁃site as the corpus,and takes the national translation practice as the starting point to select examples for in-depth analysis from the perspec⁃tives of vocabulary and sentence structure.
