摘　　要：在新时代背景下,加强党的建设,特别是基层党组织建设,对于推动企业发展、促进社会和谐具有重要意义。基层党组织作为党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,其活力与效能直接关系到党的执政能力和领导水平的发挥。然而,随着经济社会的发展和改革的不断深化,基层党组织面临着诸多新挑战,如何创建品牌,激发基层党组织活力,成为当前党建工作的重要课题。对此,本文以国能北电胜利能源有限公司物资供应中心综合部党支部为例,通过阐述党建品牌的重要性,对企业党建品牌建设案例进行分析,进而探究品牌创建的思路,以期为相关人员提供有益的参考。In the context of the new era,strengthening party building,especially the construction of grassroots party organizations,is of great significance for promoting enterprise development and social harmony.As the foundation of all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party,the vitality and efficiency of grassroots Party organizations are directly related to the Party's governing ability and leadership level.However,with the development of the economy and society and the continuous deepening of reforms,grassroots party organizations are facing many new challenges.How to create brands and stimulate the vitality of grassroots party organizations has become an important issue in current party building work.In this regard,this article takes the Party branch of the Comprehensive Department of the Material Supply Center of Guoneng Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.as an example to illustrate the importance of party building brand,analyze the case of enterprise party building brand construction,and explore the ideas of brand creation,in order to provide useful reference for relevant personnel.
