摘  要:长庆油田X区块具有低孔、低渗、低压、低产等特征,地层水矿化度高,富含腐蚀性离子。随着油井开采时间的延长,因腐蚀而导致的油水井套损井数量逐年增加,严重影响了X区块的注采平衡,制约了其长期稳产。为进一步认识X区块套损井腐蚀规律,对研究区套损井资料数据进行了统计,从地质层位、生产因素、井身因素和腐蚀因素等方面对套管损伤原因进行了详细分析。根据套管腐蚀特征及开发情况,针对可恢复生产的潜力井制定了合理的改造方案。The block X of Changqing Oilfield has the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,low pressure,and low production.The formation water has high mineralization and is rich in corrosive ions.With the extension of oil well production time,the number of oil and water well casing damage caused by corrosion has increased year by year,seriously affecting the injection production balance in block X and severely restricting the long-term stable production.In order to further know the corrosion law of damaged wells in block X,a statistical analysis of damage wells date is conducted and the cause of casing damage from geological layers,production factors,wellbore factors and corrosion factors is analysized in detail in the research area.Based on the corrosion characteristics and development status,a reasonable Improvement plan has been developed for potential wells that can restore production.
