地方性高校陶瓷文化志愿服务体系路径研究——以景德镇学院为例

摘　　要：志愿服务作为高校构建“三全育人”格局和“大思政”体系的重要组成部分,近年来高校积极搭建志愿服务平台,广泛开展志愿服务活动,志愿服务呈现新局面。景德镇学院依托景德镇陶瓷文化,丰富志愿服务形式、专业学科优势,尝试构建以实践育人为核心,以“陶瓷史料挖掘”“陶瓷文化传承”“陶瓷美育培育”“陶瓷艺术创作”为活动延展的“1+n”陶瓷文化志愿服务体系,深度融合陶瓷文化、志愿服务活动,深化实践育人实效,焕新“千年窑火”的青春密码。As volunteer service is an important part of the"Three-Thorughs Education"and the"Whole-Process Political Philosophy Teaching"in higher schools,various voluntary service platforms have been built in colleges and universities recently and a wide range of related activities conducted.Currently the voluntary service in higher schools has taken on a new look.Against this backdrop,Jingdezhen University,by taking advantage of the ceramic culture of Jingdezhen,rich forms of volunteer service in this city and its professional disciplines,attempts to construct a"1+n"ceramic culture volunteer service system with practice-based teaching as the core part of education and"ceramic historical data mining","ceramic culture inheritance","cultivation through ceramic aesthetic education"and"ceramic art creation"as supplementary teaching activities.In this system,the ceramic culture and volunteer service can be fused together,the education through practice can be deepened,and the youth code of the"millennium kiln fire"can be decoded.
