摘 要:将现有的装配式钢结构技术应用于闽南古建筑的修缮保护项目,基于质量、工期、成本等目标,与传统钢筋混凝土结构进行对比,研究结果表明:装配式钢结构用料更经济,总造价节约近20%,成本优势明显;总工期节约近40%,工期优势明显;施工现场不断校准,加工精度高,工程质量优势明显。The existing prefabricated steel structure technology is applied to the restoration and preservation projects of ancient buildings in Southern Fujian.Based on objectives such as quality,construction period,and cost,a comparison is made with traditional reinforced concrete structures.The research results indicate that:prefabricated steel structures are more cost-effective in terms of materials,with a nearly 20%reduction in total construction cost,showing a clear cost advantage;the total construction period is reduced by nearly 40%,demonstrating a clear time advantage;and the construction site is continuously calibrated,with high processing accuracy,resulting in a clear advantage in engineering quality.
