基于多综眼的纬向T型结构多筋机织物的设计与织造

摘  要:为了解决传统织机织造效率低下以及异型织物织造难度大的问题,设计了一种基于多综眼的纬向T型结构多筋机织物的织造工艺。通过研究整体T型结构机织物的成形技术,采用多层角联锁结构为基础,结合多综眼织机的特性,设计经向截面图并绘制纹版图,通过机织方法织造了梁高和基座厚度相同的纬向T型结构多筋机织物。结果表明:采用五综眼织机相较于单综眼织机织造效率提升了5倍,织造基于多综眼的纬向T型结构多筋机织物是可行的。In order to solve the problems of low weaving efficiency and difficulty in weaving complexed fabrics on traditional weaving machines,a weaving process based on multiple heddle eyes and a weft T-shaped structure multi-ribbed woven fabric was designed.By studying the forming technology of the overall T-shaped structure woven fabric,based on the multi-layer angle-interlock structure and combined with the characteristics of the multiple heddle eyes weaving machine,a longitudinal cross-sectional diagram was designed and the pattern layout was drawn.The weft T-shaped structure multi-rib woven fabric with the same beam height and base thickness was woven by weaving method.The results show that the weaving efficiency of the five heddle eyes loom was increased by 5 times compared to the single heddle eye loom,and it is feasible to weave multi-ribbed woven fabric with a weft T-shaped structure based on multi heddle eyes.
