摘  要:针对数码直喷印花生产过程中无法提前预测印花效果的问题,为了减少生产过程中的试错成本和资源浪费,使产品更符合消费者的色彩需求,选取棉织物与印花效果相关的结构参数来建立预测模型。灰色关联分析法可以用于确定各因素对其所在系统的影响程度,通过灰色预测GM(1,N)模型分析指标关联度,并建立棉织物涂料数码直喷印花效果与物理测试指标之间的灰色关联模型,该模型的平均相对误差为4.06%,属于一级精度范围,可以较好地预测数码直喷印花在棉织物上的效果,满足企业实际生产的使用需求。In order to reduce the cost of trial and error and the waste of resources in the production process of digital direct printing,and make the product more in line with the color needs of consumers,the structural parameters related to the printing effect of cotton fabric were selected to establish a prediction model.Grey correlation analysis can be used to determine the influence degree of each factor on the system.The grey prediction GM(1,N)model was used to analyze the correlation degree of indicators,and a grey correlation model between the digital direct injection printing effect of cotton coating and physical test indicators was established.The average relative error of this model is 4.06%,which belongs to the first-order accuracy range.It can better predict the effect of digital direct injection printing on cotton fabric,and meet the needs of enterprises in actual production.
