摘 要:为解决全自动穿筘机穿筘效率低、不能连续穿筘以及结构复杂等问题,提出了一种更高效的全自动穿筘机设计方案。首先设计了全自动穿筘机的结构并对其工作原理进行了详细的描述,然后阐述了全自动穿筘系统的工艺流程,最后对电磁铁进行了力学分析与优化设计。实验结果表明:所设计的全自动穿筘机不仅能实现多根纱线同时穿筘,还实现了钢筘的自动补给,提高了机构的穿筘效率和自动化程度,其穿筘效率可以达到180根/min,是传统G-177型自动穿筘机的7.68倍,是人工穿筘的10.7倍。In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency,inability of continuous reed and complex structure,a more efficient design scheme of automatic reeding machine was proposed.Firstly,the structure of the automatic reed punching machine was designed and its working principle was described in detail.Secondly,the process flow of the automatic reeding system was described.Finally,the mechanical analysis and optimization design of the electromagnet were carried out.The experimental results show that the designed automatic reed machine can not only realize multiple yarns simultaneously,but also realize automatic refeed of the reed,and improve the reed efficiency and automation degree of the mechanism.The reed efficiency can reach 180 pieces/min,which is 7.68 times of the traditional G-177 automatic reed machine and 10.7 times of the manual reed.
