摘  要:为了分析近红外光谱法在实验室实际操作中与经典化学分析法的差异性,以纺织品市场上占比最高的4种二组分织物样品为实验对象,利用近红外光谱分析技术对常见的二组分混纺织物进行定量分析,并将分析结果与现行标准中的经典化学分析法进行对比。研究表明,剔除影响测试结果的异常光谱仍然是近红外光谱法检测中最难解决的问题,为了提高该方法的测试准确度,仍需进一步深入研究并细化不适用于该方法的纺织品。In order to analyze the differences between near infrared spectroscopy and classical chemical analysis in laboratory practice,samples of four two-component fabrics with the highest proportion in the textile market were taken as experimental objects,and near-infrared spectrometer was used for quantitative analysis of common two-component blended fabrics.The analysis results are compared with the classical chemical analysis method in the current standard.The research shows that the elimination of abnormal spectra that affect the test results is still the most difficult problem to solve in the detection of NIR spectroscopy.In order to improve the test accuracy of this method,it is still necessary to further study and refine the textiles that are not suitable for this method.
