摘 要:为了阐明电磁屏蔽镀涂层织物的最新研究成果及难点问题,总结了目前金属镀层与导电涂层方法在织物基电磁屏蔽材料中的应用概况。从电磁屏蔽的基本原理出发,阐述表面金属镀层织物和表面导电涂层织物的制备方法、性能特点及其在实际应用中存在的问题,分析织物表面镀层/涂层的成分和结构对屏蔽反射和屏蔽吸收的影响,概括低反射电磁屏蔽镀涂层织物的设计原则与研究现状,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望,以期为电磁屏蔽织物的研究提供借鉴和参考。In order to clarify the latest research achievements and issues of the electromagnetic shielding plating/coating fabrics,the current application of the metal plating and conductive coating methods in fabric-based electromagnetic shielding materials was investigated and summarized.Firstly,based on the basic mechanism of electromagnetic shielding,the preparation methods,performance characteristics,as well as existing problems in practical application for the metal plated fabrics and conductive coated fabrics were elaborated.The influence of the composition and structure of the surface plating and coating on shielding reflection and absorption was analyzed.And then,the design principles and research status of the electromagnetic shielding plating/coating fabrics with low-reflection feature were briefly summarized.Finally,the future development trend of low-reflection electromagnetic shielding fabrics was also prospected to provide foundation for the research of electromagnetic shielding fabrics.
