摘 要:防洪评价是保障水利工程高效运行的重要措施,也是工程除险加固、更新改造的主要依据。为了准确评估水电站水利工程防洪风险,通过对一维数学模型在水电站水利工程防洪评价中应用进行研究,采用一维数学模型计算,分析该水电站工程实施前后河道形态及水流情况。结果表明,校核洪水位为353.65m,坝顶高程为355.00m,水电站建成后,水库蓄水水位达到350.00m,满足工程规划和防洪要求,对流域相关设施影响较小。研究结果对提升流域水旱灾害防御能力具有重要参考价值。Flood control evaluation is an important measure to ensure the efficient operation of water conservancy projects,and it is also the main basis for engineering reinforcement and renovation.In order to accurately assess the flood control risk of hydropower project,the paper studies the application of one-dimensional mathematical model in the flood control evaluation of hydropower project,and uses one-dimensional mathematical model to analyze the river morphology and flow situation before and after the implementation of the hydropower project.The results show that the checked flood level is 353.65m,the crest elevation is 355.00m,and the water storage level of the reservoir reaches 350.00m after the completion of the hydropower station,which meets the requirements of the project planning and flood control,and has little impact on the related facilities of the basin.This study has important reference value for improving flood and drought disaster prevention capability in river basin.
