深度贸易协定、“延伸引力”与第三国企业出口:来自中国的经验证据

摘　　要：相较于区域经济合作的传统形式,近年来特惠贸易协定(PTAs)的发展呈现出深度化、规模化的趋势,逐渐成为影响全球贸易格局的重要因素,在微观层面上则体现为对企业出口行为的重塑。文章利用2001—2016年中国企业及其产品的出口数据,从深度贸易协定(DTAs)视角,探讨了非成员国身份下中国出口的“延伸引力”效应。研究表明,无论是在企业层面还是“企业-产品”层面,DTA的签署都显著促进了中国的出口活动,该效应对于监管密集型产品更为明显。此外,尽管深度贸易协定(DTAs)在产品层面引起转移效应,但它能提升企业出口概率和出口额。异质性检验发现,DTA在非歧视性领域尤其是监管密集型领域具有显著“延伸引力”效应,在歧视性领域则表现为转移效应;发达国家RTA的“延伸引力”效应较强,发展中国家的DTA“延伸引力”效应则更为显著。文章的发现对理解区域贸易协定在全球贸易格局中的作用具有重要意义。Compared to traditional forms of regional economic cooperation,the development of Preferential Trade Agreements(PTAs)in recent years has shown trends of increased depth and scale,gradually becoming a significant factor influencing the global trade landscape.At the micro level,this is reflected in the reshaping of firms′export behaviors.This paper utilizes export data from Chinese enterprises and their products from 2001 to 2016 to explore the"extended gravity"effect of China′s exports under nonmembership from the perspective of Deep Trade Agreements(DTAs).The research reveals that DTAs have significantly boosted China′s export activities at both the firm level and the firm-product level,with the effect being more pronounced for regulation-intensive products.Additionally,while DTAs induce transfer effects at the product level,they also enhance the export probability and trade value of enterprises.Heterogeneity tests indicate that DTAs have a significant"extended gravity"effect in the most-favored-nation domain,particularly in regulation-intensive fields,and a transfer effect in preferential fields.The"extended gravity"effect of RTAs is stronger in developed countries,whereas the effect of DTAs is more notable in developing countries.The findings of this paper are crucial for understanding the role of RTAs in the global trade landscape.
