摘　　要：舌诊是中医诊断的重要组成部分,是颇具特色的中医诊断方法之一。舌图作为舌诊的主要载体,被广泛应用于临床、教学以及科研。目前舌图的命名及描述大多根据个人经验或教材体系,尚无客观化、科学化的标准,因此存在舌图信息的部分缺失、图文不符、命名混乱、舌图名称不统一等现象,不利于舌诊的进一步研究、发展。鉴于以上,本研究通过查阅梳理舌诊舌图相关古今文献,并结合现代临床教学实践基础,总结归纳了舌诊的历史发展沿革、不同时期舌图命名特点以及目前舌诊舌图的研究现状和研究热点,拟为舌图命名标准化提供初步设想以供同道参考。Tongue diagnosis,as one of the typical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostic methods is an important component of the diagnostics in TCM.Tongue illustrations or images as the main carrier of tongue diagnosis are widely used in clinical practice,education and scientific research.However,there are many issues around nomenclature in the area of tongue illustrations,this includes missing information,discrepancies between the tongue illustration and descriptive texts,misinterpretation and so forth.The above-mentioned issues affect the research and development of tongue diagnosis.There is a need for standardisation or a unified approach to nomenclature for tongue diagnosis.To do so,we conducted a literature review on ancient classic and modern literature in relation to tongue diagnosis and tongue illustration.This was done based on summarising the contemporary experience in TCM tertiary education,focused historical development in tongue diagnosis,the features of tongue illustration in terms of nomenclature in different historical periods as well as consideration of modern research findings.
