摘　　要：文章从传世典籍与出土文献互证入手,探究中医运动处方体系源起与构建的历史脉络得出以下结论:中医运动处方以祛病思想发轫于夏商巫觋文化之“巫舞”;创发思想采借于春战时期《周易》的三层级“象思维”;秦汉之际,《黄帝内经》构建的“中和身体观”成为“三调”核心技术的渊薮,而马王堆《导引图》及张家山《引书》结合经脉理论构建的“循经导引观”成为中医运动处方体系形成的标志。论古思今,在现代运动处方广泛应用于预防、治疗与康复的大趋势下,中医运动处方也应在系统整理、运动复原及深入阐发的基础中立足,并逐步开展实验与临床研究,以彰其养生与临床价值。Based on the mutual evidence between ancient and unearthed literatures,this paper probes into the historical context of the origin and construction of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exercise prescription system and draws the following conclusions:the idea of TCM exercise prescription originates from the‘dance’of the witchcraft culture in the Xia and Shang Dynasties;the creative thought is borrowed from the three-level‘image thinking’in Zhouyi during the Chunqiu Zhanguo period.During the Qin and Han Dynasties,the‘view of neutralizing the body’constructed by the Huangdi Neijing becomes the source of the core technology of‘three keys’,and the‘view of guiding the classics’constructed by Ma Wangdui’s Dao Yin Tu and ZHANG jiashan’s Yin Shu combined with the theory of meridians becomes the symbol of the formation of the TCM exercise prescription system.Under the general trend of modern exercise prescription widely used in prevention,clinical and rehabilitation,TCM exercise prescription should also be based on systematic arrangement,exercise recovery and in-depth analysis,and gradually carry out experimental and clinical research to demonstrate its health and clinical value.
