国医大师徐景藩运用黄连治疗消化系统疾病经验

摘　　要：消化系统疾病作为临床多发疾病,常影响患者的日常生活。国医大师徐景藩教授深耕医学60余载,学验俱丰,尤其擅于诊治消化系统疾病。根据徐教授多年临床经验,总结得出,临证论治消化系统疾病,应强调消化道的升降消运之能,重视湿热之邪在疾病发生发展中的重要作用,提倡以苦燥湿、以寒除热的治疗方法,临床用药尤注重黄连苦寒相依之性,据证善用黄连,并善将黄连与各种药物灵活配伍,使其在多种消化系统疾病的治疗中发挥良好疗效。Digestive disease is a common disease in clinic,which seriously affects the daily life of patients.With rich experience and expertise,TCM master XU Jingfan has been deeply engaged in medicine for more than 60 years,and excelled in diagnosing and treating digestive disease.Based on the clinical experience of professor XU Jingfan,it has been concluded that,in the treatment of digestive disease,we should emphasize the the function of ascending-descending and digestion-transportation of digestive tracts,pay attention to the importantance role of dampness and heatness in the occurrence and development of disease,promote the treatment principle of eliminating dampness with bitterness and removing heatness with coldness,put great emphasis on the bitterness and coldness of Rhizoma Coptidis,make good use of it according to the syndrome,and make it play a good role in the treatment of various digestive diseases through the compatibility of various drugs.
