摘　　要：“阳化气,阴成形”是人体生命活动的基本形式,而其功能的异常与痛风性关节炎(GA)的发生发展密切相关。文章通过解析“阳化气,阴成形”理论,阐明了阳气与阴气在生命活动中的平衡关系对于维持人体正常生理功能和防治疾病的重要性,继而从“阳化气不足”和“阴成形太过”两个方面,探讨了GA的形成机制。最后,基于该理论提出了GA的辨治策略,包括温阳化气以治本、活血通脉以治标以及燮理阴阳以标本同治等方法。通过对该理论的深入理解和临床实践的总结,为GA的诊疗提供新的思路与方法。‘Yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form’is the basic form of human life activities,and its abnormal function is closely related to the occurrence and development of gouty arthritis(GA).By analyzing the theory of‘yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form’,this article clarifies the importance of the balance between yang and yin in life activities for maintaining normal physiological functions of the human body and preventing and treating diseases,the formation mechanism of GA was then discussed from the aspects of‘insufficient yang transforming into qi’and‘too much yin constituting form’.Finally,based on this theory,the identification and treatment strategies of GA were proposed,including warming yang and transforming qi to treat the root cause,activating blood circulation to treat the symptoms,and supersetting yin and yang to treat the symptoms and root cause at the same time.Through in-depth understanding of the theory and summarization of clinical practice,new ideas and methods are provided for the diagnosis and treatment of GA.
