摘　　要：中医理论和现代研究都发现脾与皮肤生理病理相关,调节肠道菌群是治疗皮肤病的有效方法,研究也证实理脾中药治疗皮肤病的有效性。因此文章提出“土郁夺之”治疗皮肤病的学术思想。“土郁”,指脾胃湿邪郁阻,脏虚不运,多本虚标实,“夺之”,指标本兼治,补泄脾之虚实,调节脾之升降与气血津液,使皮肤阴阳、气血津液调和,红润光泽。文章总结出“夺之”之法可包括健脾、归脾、实脾、安脾、泻脾、清脾、醒脾的理脾七法和“调其饮食,适其寒温”的养脾法则,以期为中医药治疗皮肤病的临床诊疗与科学研究提供支持。Both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and modern research have found that,spleen is related to the physiology and pathology of skin.Regulating intestinal flora is an effective method for the treatment of dermatosis,and studies have also confirmed the effectiveness of spleen-regulating Chinese herbs.This paper puts forward that‘regulating digestive function’to treat dermatosis.‘Tuyu’in Chinese medicine refers to dysfunction and weakness of spleen with dampness obstruction.It is often a condition where the root cause is deficiency and the superficial symptoms are excess.‘Duozhi’in TCM means to treat both the root and the symptoms by addressing the deficiency and excess in the spleen,regulating the spleen’s functions of ascending and descending,and balancing the qi,blood,and fluids.This harmonizes the yin and yang,qi,blood,and fluids of the skin,making it look rosy and radiant.This paper summarizes the seven methods of regulating digestive function,including strengthening the spleen,restoring the spleen,warming the spleen,stabilizing the spleen,releasing the spleen,purging the spleen and awakening the spleen,and the rules of nourishing the spleen,including‘regulating diet and adapting to cold and warm’,in order to provide support for the clinical treatment and research of dermatosis with TCM.
