男女分治痤疮经验

摘　　要：痤疮是皮肤科的常见疾病,男女均好发,主要发生于颜面、胸背部等处,形成粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿等损害,陈明岭教授经过长期的临床实践发现,受男女体质差异的影响,男性与女性在痤疮的病因病机与辨证论治方面均存在不同,不可一味应用清热解毒法,恐有遏邪之弊,故提出男女分治,主张男性多从“湿热火毒”立论,多重清热;女性多从“冲任失调”立论,多调气血。用药上经方、时方结合,收效颇丰。Acne is a common skin disorder that occurs in both male and female.It mainly occurs on the face,chest,and back,forming lesions such as acne,papules,pustules,nodules,and cysts.Professor CHEN Mingling has discovered through long-term clinical practice that male and female are different in the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of acne affected by the differences in the physical constitution.They shouldn’t blindly apply the method of clearing heat and removing toxicity,which may have the disadvantage of suppressing evil.Therefore,he proposed the principle of‘separate treatment for male and female’,advocating that men should mostly argue from‘damp-heat and fire poison’,and treat from clearing heat while women should mostly argue from‘chong-ren imbalance’,and treat from regulating qi and blood.The combination of classical prescriptions and current prescriptions in the use of drugs has achieved great results.
