摘　　要：甲亢性突眼又称甲状腺相关性眼病,是由于甲状腺激素水平异常导致的自身免疫性疾病,好发于女性,主要表现为上眼睑水肿、眼睑闭合不全、复视、眼球运动受限和眼球突出等,进一步发展可影响患者视力甚至导致失明。随着人们工作压力的增大以及生活习惯的改变,甲亢性突眼患病率日益升高,严重影响了人们的工作、生活和学习,甚至会导致严重的心理疾病。目前西医对其发病机制尚不明确,仍缺乏有效的药物和治疗手段,并且西医药治疗往往不良反应较多,中医针灸治疗本病优势明显。文章介绍李绍荣教授临床诊治甲亢性突眼患者1例,采用针刺配合神阙灸,治以健脾疏肝、泄火开郁,治疗效果显著,为针灸治疗甲亢性突眼拓展了新的治疗思路。Graves’ophthalmopathy,named‘Guyan Ningjing’in traditional Chinese medicine,also known as thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,is an autoimmune disorder resulting from abnormal levels of thyroid hormones.It predominantly affects women and presents with symptoms such as upper eyelid edema,eyelid retraction,diplopia,restricted eye movement and proptosis.If left untreated,it can lead to vision impairment and even blindness.The incidence of hyperthyroidism is increasing due to rising work pressure and changes in lifestyle habits which have a significant impact on people’s daily lives including mental health.Despite the lack of clarity regarding its pathogenesis in Western medicine along with limited effective treatment options that often come with adverse effects;acupuncture therapy has shown promising results for treating this condition.This article reports a case study by professor LI Shaorong who used Shenque acupuncture combined with moxibustion to strengthen spleen function,unblocked liver,and released fire and depression.The treatment was effective and opened up a new treatment perspective for acupuncture treatment of Graves’ophthalmopathy.
